As an HR manager, I just realized what we were missing out in the way we look at employee retention. Definitely eye-opening, highly effective in drastically cutting attrition rate and so simple. Wish we had done this much earlier.

Usha and Ashwin formed a formidable team for our training. Both brought in a wide range of learning from their respective domains of specialization, thorough with practical implications. Their easy and interactive way of delivery made it effortless for even first timers to grasp and master. Their commitment and follow up is always a benchmark for training.

In one rush of air, all of the reservations flew out of the window and every member became the focal point of their respective teams, marching towards success – success being defined by working together, developing a camaraderie that can take our organization to great heights. Usha is one of the best project managers. I have had the pleasure of working with in the India component of RBS' Asia Sale Programme. In addition to being a domain specialist who knows her subject matter well, she is organized, methodological, diligent / thorough with her work, easily approachable and paid great attention to detail. She is without a doubt an asset to the organization.

The team building games and activities organized by Team Gurukul was a beautiful way of instilling team ethics in the whole group. All the while, everyone enjoyed the activities. Ashwin was also a very pleasant presence throughout. I will think of conducting such activities in my organization as well (came as a family with my spouse). Kudos, keep up the good work!

The workshop broke down so many communication barriers in my organization. The change in perspective and attitude in my teams is already visible and is heartening.
